Bar Person
Committed to first-class customer service, your main role will be to prepare and serve drinks swiftly and accurately to match customers’ tastes.
Here’s a taste of what is involved:

mixing ingredients to prepare a wide variety of drinks to order

pouring wine and beer

being friendly and helpful to customers

collecting payment and operating a cash register

maintaining a clean working area

ordering liquor and bar supplies

performing physical activities relevant to bar keeping

serving food to customers seated at the bar

checking age identification
Above all, you are knowledgeable and passionate about mixing and serving drinks of all kinds, and have a polite but friendly manner towards customers. You will be familiar with the efficient day-to-day management of a well-stocked bar, including hygiene, health and safety, replenishment of supplies, and with reporting any problems concerning levels of alcohol consumption.
You will need to be physically fit enough to perform the correct lifting of heavy items, and be able to maintain your energy and enthusiasm in an often hectic and buzzing environment. You will also be keen to develop your skills and grow along with our business. You will be part of a friendly but hardworking team, sharing the special ethos of the group headed by chef Heston Blumenthal.
